Advance Summit Brand System

The Challenge

Teikametrics was preparing to launch Advance Summit, a flagship virtual event aimed at attracting top-tier retail brands and e-commerce partners. They needed a compelling event identity that would both elevate their brand presence and unify all promotional touchpoints—from keynote decks and landing pages to digital ads.

The goal: create an experience that felt premium and cohesive without overcomplicating the creative process for their lean internal team.

My Role

As lead designer, I partnered directly with Teikametrics' internal brand, marketing, and event teams to develop a scalable visual identity system for the summit. This included:

  • A flexible event logo lockup

  • Color palette and type system distinct from but complementary to the parent brand

  • Custom environmental event graphics

  • Template designs for speaker decks, social, and promotional assets

  • Hands-on design support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders through execution

My Approach

Rather than treating the summit like a one-off campaign, I designed a lightweight, modular system that could evolve across channels without losing fidelity. I provided plug-and-play templates to empower Teikametrics’ internal team, while ensuring consistency from launch to livestream.

I also helped shape the visual narrative—positioning the summit as a forward-thinking, insight-rich space that stood apart from typical B2B conferences.

Outcome

The event launched with strong brand consistency across every touchpoint. Teikametrics' team was able to rapidly execute assets internally using the system I built. The summit helped position the brand as a thought leader in the retail tech space, and the design framework is now used as a model for future event work.
