Hobbies, Art & Passion Projects

In the past few years I’ve regularly attended and helped build a few inclusive communities such as sewing club, claymation club, and a Spinning Spurs, a weekly queer-led line dancing event. I’m lucky to live in the Ojai Valley and be inspired by all my creative friends.

I enjoy drawing in procreate on my ipad, or with pitt pens and posca markers in little paper journals. Some of the drawings on this page were submitted to contests, like the Ojai Music Festival contest in which I made top runner-up, woohoo! Other drawings were just for fun. I majored in fine art printmaking and miss it. I hope to get back to it someday.

I mainly spend my free time designing and sewing my own wardrobe. It’s really beautiful here so I spend a fair amount of time walking my little dog Bean, hiking, soaking in the river or cycling (very slowly). I also love going to my crossfit classes. :)
